You can use an affirmation for any area of your life as long as it's relevant, personal, and specific, kind of like a good goal. Your choice of words should help you internalize the thoughts of teachers and mentors.

To get the most value from a positive affirmation, write it down and recite it quietly. That way, it will sink into your subconscious mind.

Repeating affirmations regularly will help you develop resilience, focus, and positive thinking.

Morning affirmations work quite well as they set you up for the day. Also, consider reciting them whenever you're about to face a challenge, like a heavy writing session or big workout.
