ULTRA VIOLET is an Open and Affirming, pro-black, all-black lives matter, experimental art, environmentalist, and intersectional feminist evangelical Christian church.

Liturgical worship is performed by the legally ordained Reverend Lauren Imbrock as Reverend Violet and healing poet PLATINUM L.

I have a major in Religion from Whitman College credits-wise but did not write a thesis. So, I have a minor in Religion. However, I have exceptional talent, experience, as well as expertise in the field of the academic study of Religion.

I read the Bible from a literary perspective as a sacred text every day. I legally reproduce and publish the Bible using the New International Version. Bible readings are curated from a singularly magnificent Daily Bible Reading Plan from my New Living Translation Bible named “Angeleana”, which I found to hold auspicious signs and wonders at Twice Sold Tales on Capitol Hill in Seattle, WA. “Angeleana” is the best Bible and translation I have ever seen, but the illustrations are a product of white supremacy and support a caucasian version of Jesus and Christendom. Jesus is a middle eastern healer and God is not a white corporeal male deity. White supremacy does not masquerade as faith in
my congregation.

One of the greatest threats to democracy today is the religious and political polarization between America's right-wing evangelical movement and liberal Democrats. Also, the misunderstanding of the person of Jesus. Jesus is the healing balm and great UNIFIER between liberal and conservative Americans. Jesus’ anarchist socialist and historical Sermon on the Mount is what we need to heal racial, economic, environmental, and political problems today! Jesus is who we need right now to unify and heal our country. Throughout my Bible scholarship, I maintain that if you live in America you must read the Bible to maintain Democratic relationships between people. America is a Judeo-Christian society and you do not want to be manipulated by false teachings and doctrine. You must critically read through the Bible yourself, you need to know what is written to be a positively contributing citizen.

After completing the Bible, next you can provide a methodologically succinct analysis of the Bible with the Jesus Seminar to find out what passages are historical and who they think the historical Jesus was. For example, one method of analysis is redaction criticism. There are so many inaccurate and unfortunate misunderstandings about the Bible and Jesus and they divide us as a whole country.

The nom de plume of poet and Papua New Guinea native Lauren Imbrock, Reverend Snow crafts an ecumenical dream with her daily devotional readings. Reverend Violet’s devotionals are an important part of her daily spiritual practice to maintain her purple aura. “Reverend Snow” is a sequel to PLATINUM L’s “Westside Gunn x Daytona” and Raekwon’s “Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...”. This album is a godsend for practitioners of “Golden age hip hop”.

First, you get the sacred books, then you get the professional prayers, then the spiritual poetry, the money, and raps come last. Maintaining one’s purple status through writing, wisdom, word life, and enlightenment is a daily commitment. This collection is a symphony of her spiritual poetry and devotional texts. Rev. Lauren Signe Imbrock has been a legally ordained minister for the past two years by the Universal Life Church. Rev. Lauren I. has a minor in religion from Whitman College and is a published Khmer journalist with extensive fieldwork in the Khmer community. Additionally, both of her grandparents were Lutheran ministers. She attained the purple aura by a gematria reading of her plane ticket on 7/10 and by Falun Dafa on 7/17.
